It’s National Skin Care Awareness Month: Get Educated About Your Skin

Along with being a skin care expert and celebrity esthetician who practices out of Dallas, NY and LA, I’m also the founder of National Skin Care Awareness Month. (Read my bio here.)  I created this month as a time to encourage others to get in tune with their personal skin needs, from addressing skin flaws to setting healthy skin goals. If you’re one of the many who don’t know where to start when it comes to solving your biggest skin questions, I now have TWO results-driven, skin education platforms to tap into that share my expert skin advice and tips in an accessible, custom way. Great skin starts now…

1. Skin Source–the A-Z guide on all things skin. It’s here where I share my her 25 years experience on all things skin care including my vast knowledge and know-how on a wide range of skin issues. Skin Source features an extensive directory of over blog posts – ranging from acne to dehydrated skin, to Botox, bridal prep, brown spots and more.  Spanning a multitude of subjects, Skin Source is a one-click-“skinipedia” to the best, most beautiful condition of skin. It’s been called “The Web MD of skin care” by a top editor. Check out Skin Source here.

2. NEW! My Skin Prescription is my latest program geared toward achieving healthy, radiant skin for life. This customized approach to skin care includes a comprehensive skin analysis and lifestyle overview that zones in on critical areas affecting skin’s health and appearance.  The 6-step program starts by discussing top skin concerns with myself, or a member of my esthetician team, and then delves deep to find resolutions to those issues. This includes photos with a Skin Diagnosis Camera, diet and nutrition advice, an overview of what products to use (and toss) and a personal skin prescription to follow post consultation. The goal is a long-term investment in skin and the opportunity to provide you with the steps needed to achieve healthy, radiant and more youthful-looking skin.   My Skin Prescription is available via Skype™, FaceTime®, over the phone or in person at our Dallas and Plano, Texas skin care spas.
