Skin Care Tip of the Day: Your skin cells are like fish, they need water to live. But did you know that drinking water is the least efficient way to hydrate the skin? The hydration levels of your skin have more to do with how you treat your skin topically. For example, you could drink a gallon of water a day, but if you’re using harsh skin care cleansers and toners that pull water out of the skin, your efforts of drinking water are not helping your skin’s hydration levels.
