This is SO true. I just finished my dissertation, and for the first time in months I’m actually getting enough sleep at night. It’s truly amazing how much better my skin is looking and acting! The wrinkles that appeared deepset, have faded away, and my acne has seriously calmed down. Sleep truly is the best medicine.
