Skin Care Tip: When it comes to your skin, you always want to treat it gently. One simple, but effective way to do this is to wash your face using baby washcloths instead of regular washcloths. Baby washcloths are very soft when rubbed across the skin.
I personally prefer our professional-grade Facial Sponges which we sell for home use and are used in every Renée Rouleau facial at our skin care spas. They can be cleaned by washing them weekly in your laundry and feel extremely gentle on the skin.
Skin Care Tip: Always apply your cleanser directly to your skin using your fingertips. Massage in small circular motions, rinse well and wipe over the skin using facial sponges or a baby washcloth. Don’t apply the cleanser directly to the sponges or washcloths as you’ll waste too much product.

I am currently using the sponges. They have transformed the way I clean my face. About how long does a sponge last, if used nightly?

I’d say every 6-8 weeks you might want to use a new one. Drying them occasionally in sunlight is good to destroy bacteria. And let dry upright on its side, not on the flat part so it can breathe.
