Skin Care Tip: Part of keeping the skin vibrant, healthy and glowing is to keep the skin circulating. Participating in exercise such as walking, swimming and yoga will increase blood flow to the skin allowing the uptake of new nutrients to the skin cells.
The reason why I don’t mention high impact exercise such as running, spinning or aerobics is simply because it can stimulate too much blood circulation resulting in dilated and weakened capillaries. So if you’re someone who has rosacea or a lot of redness in the skin, then lower impact activities like yoga and walking are best for you. If you do get a lot of redness post-exercise, then an application of our Soothing Relief Serum prior to working out with help to keep the skin calm.
