Skin Care Tip: Post-work out, always wash your face and moisturize. When you exercise, sweat combined with increased oil production can cause problems for the skin so it’s always recommended to wash immediately afterwards with a mild sulfate-free gel cleanser to remove dirt, oil and bacteria.
What’s the problem? Oil is a breeding ground for bacteria which can exacerbate acne, and the salts from the sweat can dehydrate the skin leaving it tight, dry and irritated.
