Skin Care Tip: There is no question that when the skin is dry (lack of oil) or dehydrated (lack of water) surface lines and wrinkles definitely become more noticeable. One example of this is after flying in an airplane. Due to the severe moisture loss from spending hours in the dry cabin of an airplane, the skin around the eyes will definitely appear more crepey and wrinkled. The skin around the eyes is very thin and when the cells lose their water content, the skin isn’t as plump.
After all, what’s the difference between a grape and a raisin? Moisture!
