What is your favorite Renée Rouleau Skin Care product and why? I love, love, love the AHA/BHA Cleansing Gel. My skin feels so smooth afterwards and I feel it really helps with my breakouts. Skin Drink always feels so good when I put it on because it’s so hydrating. The Daily Protection SPF 30 is AMAZING. I love how light it feels. It’s impossible to pick just one!

How is Renée Rouleau Skin Care different from other skin care spas and/or lines? The Renée Rouleau Skin Care line takes into consideration that one size doesn’t fit all. With so many types of cleansers, toners, serums, and treatment creams, it allows us to give a thorough skin consultation to really customize a regimen to what your skin needs.

Why did you decide to become an esthetician and what is your favorite part of the job? I’ve always had a fixation with skin, even at a young age. I think I always knew that I wanted to be an esthetician; it was just a matter of when I would do it. My father can vouch for that, I was always picking at his skin (Sorry, Dad!). My favorite part of my job is helping people. It’s the best feeling in the world!

What is something outside of work that you enjoy? I really like to eat. I love trying new recipes and restaurants. I also like to run. Exercise is the best stress reliever!

Do you have any advice for aspiring estheticians? This profession is what you make it. Renée is a prime example of this. If you are passionate about what you do, it’s impossible to not be successful.

What is your favorite skin care tip to share with clients? How to exfoliate and why it’s so important! I even have a full explanation why. For my long answer, it involves corn flakes and grapes. Come see me sometime and I’ll tell you all about it!
