I’ve got to say 6 nights a week! If I fall asleep on my couch and stumble to bed later in the night, I’ll probably brush my teeth, but washing my face sometimes falls to the wayside.

sometimes it’s way to late when I finish up with work or I am just exhausted, I have heard that for every night you miss washing your face, you age 25 days, is this true? I probably miss about twice a month.

No, that’s not true because the real cause of aging comes from the sun!

I chose 5 nights; I’m often too preoccupied or too tired (or that’s what I tell myself!).

I selected 3 nights a week because that’s how often I actually wash with Dove & water… the other nights I just use a makeup removing cloth because I’m usually too tired.

Sometimes I’m too tired after a long night, but I NEVER go to bed having done nothing. Sometimes I take some toner and remove the makeup as well as splash pretty well. I don’t wear too much makeup so I’m not worried about there being too much left over. I do this maybe once a week, but I figure it’s better than doing NOTHING at all.

not to be critical but i just dont get how people can NOT wash their face, GROSS. Gotta do it, it takes like 30 seconds sheesh, think of all the filth and particulate in the air. woof.

Waiting too late to wash my face, and then falling asleep. Sometimes by the time I wake up, it’s time to do my morning wash routine. That said, washing my face every night is more of an issue when I have worn make-up, and during the summer. I don’t feel nearly as guilty during the winter, b/c my skin isn’t greasy and sweaty. But, I realize the importance of proper daily cleansing, 2x per day, regardless of the season.

OK, I’ll never miss a morning wash, but probably miss 1-2 nights a month when I’m falling asleep on the couch or after a late night work session.
I’ll agree with Meg on people missing their evening washes several times a week. It is rather inexcusable since it really takes like a minute max.

I always wash my face at night if I have makeup on. But sometime, especially on weekends, if I haven’t worn makeup, I won’t wash my face at night. I know I should but sometimes I’m just too tired!!

I’d be one of them ultra spotty teens if I didn’t wash twice a day EVERY day. If I miss just one I get like a massive breakout so I’m well drilled! Clearasil ultra, morning and night.
