Prone to Bruising and Broken Capillaries? Here’s Help!

It’s a fact that the predisposition to having weaker, brittle blood vessels and capillaries is inherited.  This genetic trait results in more frequent bruising of the skin and visibly red, dilated or broken capillaries. Read how your ethnicity determines how your skin will age.

While there are many topical skin care products that contain vaso-constricting ingredients (like lemon bioflavonoids, white tea, chamomile and vitamin C) to help keep capillaries strong to prevent dilation or breakage, it’s also important to treat these conditions from within the body.

One helpful tip is to orally take Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids daily as this helps protect against bruising, dilated or broken capillaries by strengthening capillary walls. This is also important for those with rosacea.
