Skin care Tip of the Day: Do you read in bed at night? The position of your body may be causing unnecessary wrinkles on your neck.
The deep lines that go horizontally across the front of your neck are caused from the creasing the skin while looking down and as well as sleeping on your back at night. It’s hard to prevent wrinkles while you sleep, but there is one way to lessen the wrinkles while you are awake—prop yourself up as straight as possible!
If you’re slouched over and your back is curved, it’s only normal that you’re going to be looking further down while you’re reading. So prop those pillows up higher and sit at a 90-degree angle so you’re head is looking straighter. Extra bonus: it’s better for your back!
Here are more tips for minimizing aging while you sleep!
