Skin Care Tip of the Day: Even if you don’t spend a lot of time outdoors, you still get skin damaging UV rays from driving in your car. You must wear an SPF moisturizer year round.
Tip: Tint your car windows to lessen the amount of direct UV light. Every car I’ve ever owned since I was 16 years old, I’ve always had my windows tinted. Okay, okay… so maybe in my teens I did it to look cool, but years later it was (and still is) one of my anti-aging strategies!
